Terms

The robes are sold by loozat, in Casablanca, at the address given in the legal notice.

Prices are in dirhams, tax included. Delivery is added at the next step and shown before payment. Nothing is added after that.

Outside Morocco, customs duty follows what is written on the Shipping page.

The order is firm once payment is accepted. An email goes out with the detail.

If a size is missing at the packing table, we write to you and refund within five working days.

Times and costs, market by market, are on the Shipping page. They run from the day the box is packed.

If you order from the European Union, you have fourteen days from the day the robe arrives to change your mind, with no reason to give. Write to bonjour@loozat.com within that window.

You then have fourteen days to send it back, unworn, in its box. We refund within fourteen days of the return, by the means used to pay.

The same fourteen day window holds in Morocco and everywhere else. That is a choice of the house, not an obligation. Inside Morocco the return is at our cost. Everywhere else it is at yours.

A robe that arrives damaged, or that is not the one you ordered, comes back at our cost. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Nothing here removes the legal guarantees of conformity and of hidden defects.
