Your email address, if you sign up for the letter. Nothing travels with it.

Your name, your email address and your message, if you write through the form.

Your name, your delivery address, your phone number and the detail of the order, if you buy. Payment goes through a provider. Your card number never reaches us.

To send you the letter. To answer your message. To pack the box, hand it to the courier, and keep the accounts the law asks us to keep.

None of it is used for anything else. There is no profiling and no targeted advertising.

The letter address stays for as long as you want it to. There is an unsubscribe link at the foot of every letter. The address goes on the day you use it.

A message sent through the form is kept for two years, then erased.

An order is kept for ten years. The accounts require that, not us.

Us, and the two services without which nothing arrives: the courier, who is given your address, and the payment provider. Each one sees only what it needs.

We do not sell, rent or trade any of it. Not ever, to anyone.

Write to bonjour@loozat.com and say what you want: to see what we hold, to correct it, to take it elsewhere, to have it erased. A person answers within a day and does it within thirty.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you can take it to the CNDP in Morocco, or to the CNIL if you are writing from France.

The site does not follow you from one site to another and sets no advertising cookie.
