Shipping
Everything leaves Casablanca on the day it is packed. Each robe travels in its almond box, tracked from the door.
- Morocco
- Casablanca and Rabat within 24 hours. The rest of the country in two to three working days. 40 MAD.
- France
- Three to five working days by courier. 180 MAD. Duty is paid before it leaves Casablanca, so nothing is asked of you at the door.
- The Gulf
- Four to six working days to the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. 220 MAD. Duty is collected by the carrier on delivery and is not included.
Returns
A robe can come back for fourteen days from the day it arrives, unworn, in the box it came in. Inside Morocco the return is at our cost. Everywhere else it is at yours.
